What is a P2P exchange?
It is an exchange directly between people: you buy or sell crypto to another user and the money goes by bank transfer. The exchange acts as the deal's guarantor.
How does the guarantor protect my money?
Before you pay, the seller sends the coins to the guarantor's address. They stay locked until the seller confirms receiving the money or a moderator resolves the dispute.
What are the fees?
The guarantor's fee is 5%, charged on completed deals only. The blockchain network fee is shown before the deal starts.
Which coins and networks are supported?
Available now: USDT (TRC20, BEP20, TON), Bitcoin (BTC).
What if the seller does not confirm my payment?
Open a dispute right in the deal. A moderator checks the receipt and the chat; if you paid, the coins go to you.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Not for regular deals. Large amounts may need an online identity check, which takes a few minutes.
